Do you provide components or do I need to send my own parts?
We'll buy all components for you (turnkey) from authorized suppliers.
What is the minimum quantity?
No minimum for prototypes. We can build as few as 5 or 10 boards for your first test. For mass production, we typically start at 500 pieces, but we can discuss lower quantities for pilot runs.
How fast can I get my first prototype?
For simple 2-layer boards with common parts, usually 3-5 business days. For complex boards, 7-12 days. We offer 24-hour rush service for urgent needs.
How do you ensure quality?
Every board goes through automated optical inspection. For boards with BGA chips, we also use X-ray to check hidden solder joints. We run functional tests based on your instructions. Our first-pass yield is 99.95%, and we follow IPC Class 2 standards (Class 3 available).
What if my design has issues?
We do a free Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review within 24 hours of receiving your files. We will flag potential problems like component spacing, edge clearance, or soldering difficulties before you start production. This saves you time and money.
How do you protect my design files?
We sign a non-disclosure agreement before you send any files. Your data is stored on secure, access-controlled servers. We never share your design with anyone else. You can request us to delete all files after the project ends.
What files shall I send for inquiry?
For PCBA project:Gerber files, BOM, PCB Specification.
For Box building: Gerber files, BOM, PCB Specification. Production BOM for final assembly, Customized parts drawings and manufacturing requirement, especially for plastic/metal parts, please share 3D Drawings in STEP format.
