FS Circuit is the PCBA arm of FS TECH, a circuit board assembly and EMS provider since 2004. From our 6,000 sqm Shenzhen plant, one project team handles PCB fabrication, sourcing, PCB assembly, testing and packaging for your order.

We do not sell stock boards: every order is built to your design and priced from your files, not a list.

Most PCBA cost is set before the first board is built. Four pre-production reviews each answer a different question:

- DFM: can your design be built more economically? We check the Gerber and suggest changes that cut cost without altering function.
- BOM optimization: is there a lower-cost option for the parts? We review pricing, availability, lead time and lifecycle risk.
- Panelization: how many boards fit economically on each panel? Better use means fewer panels and lower cost per board.
- Process and yield: SMT/DIP/selective soldering combinations, plus yield and rework improvement.

Assembly covers SMT, THT/DIP, selective soldering, cleaning, conformal coating, programming, test and packaging. Standard runs are 2-8 layer boards, 0402 components and BGA from 0.5 mm pitch; higher complexity (58 layers, 01005 parts, 0.3 mm BGA pitch) goes to engineering review, not automatic decline.

Components come through authorized distributors and multi-channel global sourcing. For parts out of stock, on long lead time, end-of-life or over cost, we propose a replacement naming manufacturer and exact part number, substituting only with your approval.

Quality runs as one documented chain: incoming, process, inspection, test, final outgoing, to IPC-A-610 Class 2/3, with work orders, materials and test data traceable in MES/ERP. We run systems corresponding to ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 13485:2016, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
